Alupse

Objective :

The objective of this project was to redesign the Alupse website to make it more modern, functional and user-friendly. The aim was to improve the user experience, better communicate the services offered by Alupse, and ensure that the site complied with current data protection standards.

Implementation :

To achieve this objective, we followed several key steps:

• Design: a questionnaire was sent to the customer to gather their needs and expectations, followed by a meeting to refine their responses. Development of a first draft site map and a list of required functionalities.
• Web design proposal: creation of a design based on information provided by the customer and recommendations from the e-connect team.
• Implementation: development of the site after validation of the mock-ups by the customer.
• Content adaptation and creation: updating old content, writing new text, selecting new images and implementing a presentation video.
• Implementation of audience analysis tools: integration of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• GDPR compliance: implementation of a consent banner for cookies.
• Team training: training in the use of the Quilium 3 CMS for autonomous site management.

These steps enabled us to deliver a modern, functional website in less than 3 months, meeting the customer's expectations and complying with data protection standards.
